LAST UPDATE: 2026/03/19By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENTS

1. I ONLY take payments through Paypal or Ko-fi.2. Customer agrees to pay the discussed amount upfront for any commissions, adoptable characters, ETC.3. If customer fails to complete a previously discussed payment plan/split payment, any previous payments will not be refunded, although exceptions may be made. Product will not be provided to customer until the full payment is completed.4. If customer places an item on hold for a discussed and agreed upon amount of time and fails to send payment within the time limit, the item will no longer be available for them. Upon 2 missed holds, customer will no longer be able to place anything on hold from me.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

5. Turnaround time may vary between 1 week to 3 months depending on the type of commission.6. I only work Mondays through Fridays, and will not be responding to any business-related inquiries or updating customers about commissions on Saturdays or Sundays.

REVISIONS

7. Customer is allowed 3 major changes to the initial sketch of the commission, any more come at an extra fee to compensate for extra time spent on the commission.8. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value.9. Any purchased character designs from me are allowed to be redesigned and changed as the customer sees fit, as long as the new design does not contain any harmful or illegal material.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

10. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in CAD (Canadian Dollars).11. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to send the correct amount of money, if I receive extra money due to the payment being sent in any other currency, I will not be refunding the extra amount sent, and if it is less than agreed upon, I will not start on any commissions until the amount is paid in full in CAD.

REFUND POLICY

12. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for 2 consecutive months, or when the product has not been completed within 3 months unless a longer completion time was previously agreed upon. These terms exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.13. Refunds will NOT be provided for any fully paid for adoptable, fully completed commissions, or bases regardless of reason.14. In regards to refunds for partially completed commissions, I will only provide partial refunds as to make sure I still get paid for the time and effort I put into the partially completed commission.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

15. The product received by the customer is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. I hold the right to refuse my artwork being used for commercial purposes if I see fit.16. All of my artworks and character designs must be credited towards me properly.17. Purchased character designs may not be resold for more money than they were originally purchased for, unless additional artwork and value has been added to said character.Nobody is allowed the right to use my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, nobody is allowed to use any of my artwork for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

CANCELLATIONS

18. I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the customer.19. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.
